Quick tips...
You may want to inform Patients that you are recording your telephone calls. Place a notice in the Reception area of the Practice as well as appropriate notice boards. You may also want to play a recorded announcement to every caller to let them know that the call may be recorded.

 

Designed with the user in mind
At the user level the Recondo VR has a simple intuitive user interface to search for and listen to calls. Notes can be added to calls for future reference and Patients names can be associated with telephone numbers for past and future calls.  
Authorised users can forward calls via email for colleagues to review and comment on. If any  caller objects to the call being recorded, any authorised member of staff can stop recording by entering a security code in to the telephone keypad.
