Key features of MediCall 200:

Call Queuing - when all operators are busy, callers will be put into a sequential queue and held there until someone is free to take the call. While on hold callers can be played music or “informative information” such as advice to get flu jabs, etc.

One Touch Recording - at the touch of a button, Staff have the facility to record the current telephone conversation. Calls can then be replayed and forwarded for review.

Reporting – the facility to run ad-hoc and scheduled reports about the number of calls handled, average response time, call loss, duration, and cost. Reporting also allows calls to be recharged to 3rd party service providers.

Telephone Systems

MediCall 200 is for Practices with over 10,000 Patients. MediCall 200 introduces a higher level of automated call handling and the facility to record telephone conversation.

Quick tips...
You. All Practices suffer from the high volume of calls that they receive first thing in the morning. A good way to prevent frustrations for Staff and Patients is to introduce a call queuing system. Patients can then be played informative messages whilst they wait.
