Voice Mail - ever user benefits from access to voicemail. Out of Hours voicemail facility for Patients

Auto Attendant - incoming callers are greeted by an Auto Attendant and given some basic options to choose from: Please press 1 for Appointments, 2 for Repeat prescriptions, 3 for Test Results, 4 for General Enquiries. This enables callers to be quickly routed through to the correct person or department.

 

User Management - MediCall 100 comes with an optional PC (Windows) based administration tool. It is very easy to use.

 

UPS – uninterrupted power supply - In the event of a power supply the system will run on its own self contained back up power supply for up to 30 minutes.

 

Telephone Systems

MediCall 100 is for Practices with between 5,000 and 10,000 Patients. MediCall 200 introduces automated call handling and routing, together with voicemail facility for staff and an answering service for external callers.

Having the ability to record telephone calls can greatly improve Staff welfare. Recording calls reduces the chances of Patients becoming abusive as well as providing a great tool for analysing calls to train Staff. Call recording can be added to any telephone system.
